Yeah, it's pretty arrogant to have a super specific set of requirements and then assume when you meet someone who checks all of those boxes that they're going to automatically be into you also. Probably better to have a few non-negotiables and then be a little flexible. As you said, it's not like shopping for a phone or a computer.
